B. Earlier, the book on B2B ecommerce & law (in Dutch), called ‘E-Markplaatsen, juridische aspecten van B2B elektronische marktplaatsen‘ has been published by Elsevier (ISBN 905749972X), which book is co-written by Arthur van der Wees of Arthur’s Legal.

The book deals with the major legal issues that a venture has to take into account before and during developing, implementing and running an electronic B2B-venture, in particular electronic marketplaces and exchanges. The publication was written by legal experts on ICT law of Allen & Overy, Arthur’s Legal, Baker & McKenzie, Clifford Chance, Sony and Lovells.

In this publication, Arthur’s Legal specifically writes about the legal and business aspects of the security of information and ways of payment for the benefit of B2B-ecommerce.
