Arthur’s Legal assists the European Committee, such as for instance DG Connect and DG Justice, as well as related bodies, on these state-of-the-art topics, which the European Committee is pushing for the benefit of the European Union, its member states and its residents.

For instance, upon request by the European Committee, and as official member of the EC Cloud Select Industry Group on B2B cloud computing & SLA’s (C-SIG SLA), Arthur’s Legal has been invited by EC DG CONNECT to join a select group of five other experts (CSA, IBM, Microsoft & Telecom Italia), the ‘Drafting Group’, with the current result (working with the C-SIG SLA group as well with for instance EC CNECT, EC JUST and ENISA during the project) the:

EC Cloud SLA Standardisation Guidelines.

These have now been extensively discussed with the major cloud services providers and related organisations, and published with the EC press release by EC Commissioners Kroes and Reding.
